By accessing or using TripPick, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of TripPick
TripPick helps groups create trips, invite participants, vote on experiences, and compare activity options. You are responsible for the information you add and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. Trip participants may access shared trip content through invite links, so only share those links with people you trust.
4. Bookings and Third-Party Services
TripPick may link to third-party booking platforms. Those platforms are responsible for their own listings, prices, availability, purchases, refunds, and customer support. TripPick is not a travel agent or booking provider.
5. Content and Conduct
Do not upload, share, or use TripPick to distribute unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect users or the service.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep TripPick reliable, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time. We may update features, limits, or these terms as the product evolves.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
TripPick is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service.
